After an impressive three-week run of First Place finishes, perennial powerhouse Lizzie Mags fell to the equally formidable John Wilkes Bluth Company during a robust clash of the trivia titans at The Brewyard Beer Company in Burbank.

The Mags didn't fall far, though. Just a notch, to second place. The winners circle was completed by another strong effort from Micro Managers, and the delightful Blanches (featuring Sammi) won the always exciting Drinking Round.

It was another great night at the Brewyard, where you can count on having you tastebuds tantalized and your brain cells challenged every week. We'll be back next week. See ya there.

There can be no doubt that a night of King Trivia is a stimulating and thoroughly entertaining way to spend an evening with friends.

And as we proved once again this week, there's no better place for such challenging and delightful fun than the Brewyard Beer Company in Burbank.

We congratulate Lizzie Mags on their impressive first place three-peat. But we also tip our cap to Low Expectations and Micro Managers for keeping the pressure on the Mags right to the end. Good job, everyone.

But our stalwart crew of intrepid quizinators won't let a little 219° heat wave get in the way of their quest for trivia supremacy!
