QUIZ RECAP

"Park in the Galleria; Walk to the Americana" is not only good, sound, money-saving advice. It's also the name of our winning team this week at the Brewyard Beer Company in Burbank.

Yupper duppers! We had us some intense trivia action last night at the Brewyard, with a nail-biting finish that resulted in the slimmest of one-point differences separating out top three finishers! The aforementioned Galleria Parkers (photo #2 above) squeaked out a one-point win over BIG MOUTH BILLY BASS. who had a squeak of their own, garnering 2nd place by edging out Clefable's Table by - you guessed it - one point!

What a grand night of heated trivia action! And what a great place to engage in this friendly competition!! If you haven't checked out the Brewyard yet, well, let's just say you're missing out an an equisite venue. Ample seating both indoors and out allows for safe social distancing. Great beer and a rotating gallery of top notch food trucks supply the much needed sustenance, and King Trivia provides the opportunity to test your trivia acumen.

QUIZ RECAP

Smaller turnout tonight but everyone still has a great time. After a few weeks of being in the bottom scores , Alcohol is your yoga took an early lead by round 2, using a double or nothing. Teams did well on the 1st 3 rounds, some were stumped at the Guess who and find the connection rounds. Teams pretty much kept their places at this point , with Queer for the Beer in 2nd and Electric Mayhem trailing behind them by one point the rest of the night. Queer for the beer took home the drinking round after a fun game of "cast your quizmaster in a movie, and make up the plot" . Everyone was a winner tonight. 

QUIZ RECAP

Had some new teams this week as Midnignt Powerwalk and the Boy Johnson's joined some regulars from the past few weeks. Both of those teams were contenders for first place for some time, as there was a steady and intense back and forth, double or nothings were used, teams played hard! By round 5 no one knew who would win because the Boy Johnson's jumped up from 4th place to first with a well played double or nothing. But in the end the sports question stumped and allowed Midnight Powerwalk to jump ahead, and the Percect strangers took the final lead.
