Happy Monday to you and all of us at Busby's West enjoying King Trivia night!
A good potion of the leaderboard was reclaimed by past winners this week, starting with power-siblings, The Effs who finished in third place with 35 points. No Pants Party had the lead for most of the game, and playing safe they made it to second place with 51 points, shy by just a couple points from the gold. In first place with 52 points was Gingers Never Win; not keeping track of their score, their win came as a very pleasant surprise, hee-hee. For the Drink Round this week, teams were challenged by Darth-"Simon"-Vader to a dual. The Jedi with the most counterstrikes against him were the winners of the Drink Round, and it was Loki Pup who withstood Darth-"Simon"-Vader at 24 counterstrikes, MOST impressive!

We're off to a great start in our week after our King Trivia Monday night ritual at Busby's West, with tougher competition as more teams are coming back week after week.
Robert De Niro trivia may not have been up the No Pants Party alley, but geography definitely was, and that put them back in contention and finished in third place with 43 points. It was great having Gazpacho enjoy their KT fix here at Busby's again, they had two wins for the night. Gazpacho came in second place with 49 points, and had the closest answer for the Drink Round, but payed forward their prize to runners-up The Effs who had the next closest answer. Strong But Wrong, contrary to their team name, claimed the first place title with the highest score of the night, 54 points. Congratulations, cheers, and thank you all for playing!

Happy new month of August, happy new week! It's Monday, King Trivia night at Busby's West, and sure enough, we checked off some fun in our weeks already.
In third place, were Fake Doctors with 42 points. Unfortunately, one doc is missing in the picture, I can only assume he had to leave due to an emergency faux-call. Buttum-bump! Wait, wait, please don't go; no more bad puns, I promise. Dream Team went two for Tuesday, winning the Drink Round and second place with 63 points, (c'mon, that was a cute one). Finally, reclaiming the first place title, were the Chili Heads who had the highest score of the night, 67 points. Congratulations and cheers!
