Wowww! It was Sunday the 13th, but it felt more like a Freaky Friday the 13th. And if you weren't in the room tonight, you might not believe it. Congrats Purple Flame on winning 1st place! This was Purple Flame's first time winning 1st place at Busby's West, and they did so in dramatic fashion. Mr. No Poster Shop lead for some/most of the night, and by some/most of the night, I mean for the first six rounds of trivia. Howeverrr, a successful double in the last round by Purple Flame gave them the lead/win 71-68 over Mr. No Poster Shop (2nd place). It was quite possibly the comebacks of all comebacks! No New Friends were competitive and came in 3rd place with 33 points.

Welcome back Riggins Rigs! We hadn't seen them in foreverrr, but they graced us with their presence (and trivia knowledge) tonight. They won a tiebreaker for 1st place and finished with 71 points for the win. Quiz Khalifa came in 2nd place with 70 points. Mr. No Poster Shop took 3rd with 57 points. And, yes, the sky just might be falling with Poster Shop NOT winning for back-to-back weeks. Thanks to THE king of King Trivia, Josh, for joining us tonight!

All good/great things must come to an end! And tonight we saw a team not named Mr. No Poster Shop win 1st place in a very, very, VERY long time. Congrats Boardwalk 11 on winning 1st place! They won with a successful double on the last round and finished with 71 points for the win. Mr. No Poster Shop had won every trivia night at Busby's West since May, an amazing winning streak of about five months. They lead for most of night and still finished in 2nd place with 66 points. I told them I'm looking forward to them starting a new streak next week. Krombopulus Steve came in 3rd place with 59 points.
