Hello King Trivians, here is your recap for Monday night's game at Busby's West.
We may have had three teams playing, but every single question was answered fairly, scored justly, and points earned honorably. Shout out to CroLish Boil who took the third place prize, and a big thank you for playing. There was a tie at the top of the leaderboard, and the tie-breaker went to power siblings, The Effs winning first place. Lisa and Toothpick went two-for-two wins though! Before receiving the second place prize, they also won the choice of an awesome Mickey Mouse coffee mug for guessing the closest answer on the Something to Put a Drink In Round. Competition was very tight this Monday night at Busby's West, with a total of 11 teams in pursuit of their King Trivia title.
No🚫Pants👖Party🎉 didn't allow to get knocked off the leaderboard, with a one point spread lead at the top of the game, they finished in an honorable third place with 55 points. Since No Pants Party played right and played it safe on Round Seven, Kanicky snuck up by doubling down and beat them to the second place title by two with a final score of 57 points. First place was claimed by Loading... who bumped themselves to the top and won with 67 points, as well as the bonus Something to Put a Drink In Round win along the way. New month, new questions, new prizes, new teams, and for sure awesome returning teams at Busby's West this Monday night.
Sharing a win with the LA Kings, Rawdoggers strutted their way at the top the entire game, kept that lead to the end, claming first place with 61 points. No Pants Party was sure to keep on the leaderboard this week and took the second place prize with 56 points. Once taken out the oven, a total of 49 Empanadas earned third place. Loki Pup didn't go home without a win, they won with the closest answer on the bonus Something to Put a Drink In Round, and chose a Disney Stitch coffee mug to add to their collection, cheers!
