  • Favorite moment: Everyone getting the correct answer after the second clue - CHECK PLEASE!

  • Favorite moment: Having several teams know what the connection was for this round after the second question?!?!

  • Favorite moment: Pointing out that technically - Pitbull is Mr. Worldwide - but this question is referring to where his hometown was.

  • Favorite moment: Having the entire game come down to one point decided on NATALIE PORTMAN MOVIES????

Jamie and I talked after the show and were wondering if Mercury was in retrograde??? This show felt like it was on a different planet - in a weird way. There were temper tantrums thrown (from the children in the venue, not the players), questions misheard and indignation be-had. Let's get into this weird one:

 

Round 1

  • Favorite moment: Having multiple teams name colors for the answer on question 2... Colors are not names of fish.

Round 2

  • Favorite moment: Wooooooo answering 100% of the answers correctly and spending only 2 mins on his sheet!

Round 3

  • Favorite moment: Having half the room erupt against me, saying I had worded the first question incorrectly... No way I said "juice" instead of "alcohol".

Round 4

  • Favorite moment: Having the ENTIRE room erupt against me when I revealed the answer to this question... CAN FICTIONAL CHARACTERS WIN GRAMMY's?????

Round 5

  • Favorite moment: Teams answering Elsa IN PROTEST still upset about the answer for Round 4.

Round 6

  • Favorite moment: Absolutely loved this round - love dogs - love countries.

Round 7

  • Favorite moment: Having so many teams go double or nothing to shake things up! Some teams came up big - others lost it all.

 

Overall - another great evening - full of surprises. Looking forward to next week.

WHAT A PACKED NIGHT! Easily the biggest crowd we've seen this summer and one of the best games! You have so many questions... Will Player Haters Ball remain undefeated? Will Impeachment get it together and be able to finish a game strong? Who were the Bum Bums? All this and more will be revealed in this breakdown.

 

Round 1

  • Favorite moment: Learning about the Screaming Wieners band. Not the correct answer for question 4 but very interesting.

Round 2

  • Favorite moment: Having a team guess names such as: Lay Z., Bae B. and May C..... Clever but incorrect.

Round 3

  • Favorite moment: This entire round was my favorite moment. I love homonyms.

Round 4

  • Favorite moment: Having a team guess Beowulf on the first clue... Only to be completely proven wrong on the second clue.

Round 5

  • Favorite moment: Having a conversation with someone in the crowd about how cool Taurus' are.

Round 6

  • Favorite moment: Realizing that Amsterdam Vallon is one of the coolest names ever

Round 7

  • Favorite moment: Hearing how shocked everyone was to hear that Vietnam is a big producer of coffee???? Haven't you ever had a Vietnamese coffee???
