Tonight was a scorcher at Pitfire!

Milk Lords started off dominating, nailing a perfect score after 3 rounds, but lost their stride to finished just out of prize contention. New duo Woo-Hoo? Woo-Hoo burst onto the scene, scoring high marks throughout the entire match, but hit a very tough 6th round double down miss to drop out of contention.

Obnox showed signs of life tonight, but could not muster enough strong rounds to place. Zappel became Zappel and friends as they picked up a couple for some help, but they finished towards the bottom with cheerful and aptly named Win or Lose, We Booze.

The final three got interesting where Bogie, the Man, and Company battled it out with Clean Up at the Tam for 2nd and 3rd place with the tiebreaker! How long is the British Chunnel you ask? 31.4 miles, letting Bogie take sweet 2nd place victory with an answer of 30.

Despite the tight score, TBD did what they do best, do not rush to double down, just get answers right consistently and you'll win. And they did for two weeks in a row! Congrats!

For our drinking round, you were tasked with naming the most popular beer per country, and Woo-Hoo? Woo-Hoo was up for the task, taking down his opponents like a cheap lager. See you all next week!

TBD took home the victory today, and they really didn't look back throughout the evening.

Hi was on the border, and despite missing a double down in the 7th, still took home 2nd place, AND the drinking round.

Clean Up at the Tam celebrated not only a birthday, but 3rd place!

The drinking round today tried to get us in the voting mood, and we had teams guess our past governors. As expected, it went terribly. See you all next week at Pitfire!

QUIZ RECAP

So Tuesday Nights are officially the weird weather nights, but the fire and heaters were in full force tonight for another AWESOME trivia evening at Pitfire.

Hi greeted their competitors and stuck down a Round 7 double down for the victory. A Team Has No Name seemingly had no competition but themselves, as they scored a perfect 10 in the final round, but did NOT double! They had to settle for second. Fartin' Van Buren finally not running solo, also laid down a dubbel (like the beer) in Round 7 and came up just shy, and took 3rd.

You're Doing Amazing, Sweetie! and The Milk Lords had a respectable showing as they rounded out the top 5.

MILFS and Cookies returned again tonight, as their large crew sailed through most rounds. Prince Channing and Snake Baby also held their own.

Curse The Gods! in the corner used some solid humor, while the Thunder Bros could have used a bit of thunder to gather some momentum tonight. CISYD and Sofa: King Smart also battled valiantly, but each duo came up short.

Finally, don't let the Waves score fool you, they did not come in last, but they had a great time and took 2nd place in the drinking round (winning nothing). But they'll be back to battle again!

Finally, the drinking round this week tested NHL Stanely Cup knowledge, where A Team Has No Name won again, with little competition. Congrats!
