QUIZ RECAP

An absolutely packed pre 4th of July evening had every seat in the house (even the patio and benches) just crawling with people. The big crowd mattered not to Wasted Seamen who busted their knowledge all over their opponents tonight.

A Team Has No Name returned from a few week hiatus to sit in their familiar top 3, and newcomers Cleveland!!! finished just behind to place for a prize.

I'm Proud to be an American, Where At Least I Know I'm Free couldn't quite hang on like the patriots before them, and finished in 4th, where Tested Positive for Hogwarts veterans, rounded out the top 5.

Lots of familiar faces tonight, from Hi, Clean Up at the Tam, Milk Lords and Crucial Taunt, but sadly couldn't place.

It was 4 Non-Blondes that took the drinking round tonight, as they won their war through some non-strategic Casino War.

QUIZ RECAP

Packed house tonight as the beautiful weather welcomed a hot competition between new teams and veterans alike.

Paper, Snow, A Ghost! who has been on the cusp of a victory for weeks, finally came away with a big W, taking down Life Finds a Bae's two week winning streak. Late-coming duo You're Doing Amazing, Sweetie didn't let the late start scare them away, and slipped into the top 3.

Tonight, round 6 was the killer, as ALL teams except for our winners double-downed INCORRECTLY taking home a bunch of donuts. After that, Paper, Snow, a Ghost! ran away with it.

Our drinking night game was shooting dice! Teams battled it out for the high roll, with snake eyes and boxcar automatically advancing. Who knew Laurie from Life Finds a Bae (one of our true veterans) was such a craps-shark, who mowed down her competition for the victory.

QUIZ RECAP

Fartin' Van Buren blasted its way to victory on an unseasonably chilly evening!

The heaters were out in full force, and it was a tough battle for the top three, which had Paper, Snow, A Ghost! finish in second, with Wasted Seamen a few points bad. Kudos for sticking in there (pun possibly intended), and coming through in the last couple rounds!

Tough break for Trumps Space Cadet Force, finishing just ONE point behind, missing out on a potential tiebreaker.

Bogie, the Man, and Company, along with the UnderDawgs, couldn't string together enough solid rounds to place, but still did pretty well!

The trio of Unsolicited Duck Pics barely outperformed the US Mens Soccer Team (who also didn't qualify), and edged out regulars Pretty Faces, Tiny Wieners.

Finally, Stevie Balls, who did not enter until the 3rd round, did pretty well for a solo squad. In fact, he even won the drinking round, and he was able to tell us who the winner of past World Cups werel. Congrats!
