Goddamn that was a tough game tonight.
Scores varied wildly with multiple teams taking and tying for the lead at varying times, but it wasn't until Drunk in Public doubled in the penultimate round and scored near perfectly in the finale that we had our victor. Congratulations!
Those People has to fight for second place, struggling initially but nailing a double in the fifth round. Scoring consistently til the end gave them the two point margin to stay in the top two. Well done!
The right for third was near climatic, it came down to a tie! Both Defense against the Dark Arts and Crafts and Club Obi-Wan squared off in the tiebreaker and by a narrow margin, the force was with Club Obi-Wan, securing their place in the top three. Great work!

Who doesn't love a plot twist? Keep me guessing teams, you keep these nights WILD.
Perpetually Second Place spent most of the night dominating with two successful doubles in a row, all but ensuring a victory. However, the finale came for a clutch with three separate questions: name the three types of rock, the three nicknames of TLC...and the four stars of TruTv's Impractical Jokers.
Most teams were able to score 6/10, but Almost Okay had an ace up their sleeves- a brand new teammate who had binged watched the entire show.
Going in with a confident double, they catapulted to first and snatched a gold from the jaws of near defeat. Congratulations!

Y'all kept me on my toes tonight! Despite the CLEAR lack of respect for Lady Gaga, this was a close game. Those People started with a strong double, but a late flub in round six threw them from the top three, leaving the gate open for Almost Okay and Club Obi-Wan, each apart by one point.
Then I announced the final round category: hockey!
Almost Okay grimaced. Club Obi-Wan grinned. Their time had come.
Club Obi-Wan got every single team correct, not even needing to double. Almost Okay managed to score enough to secure silver, and dark horse contenders Perpetually Second Place got nine out of ten, catapulting them into bronze!
