It was a slower day at the Bike this Thursday but the competition was no less fierce between our regular Trivia patrons Tony Danza, Pannido, and That Table. Even our newcomers to King Trivia had a great opening night, and I can tell you it wasn't just beginners luck. The newby Chewies had to battle it out with That Table to claim third place. Unfortunately both teams overshot my age by years, but it was Los Chewies that overshot it the least and managed to secure the third place prize. Tony Danza had a great night as usual and managed to sweep second easily with 41 points. But it was the steadily growing monster that is team Pannido that took home the first place prize of a $100 Bike Gift Card. Is it time for this Quizzmaster to make like TDR and do some Monopoly busting? We'll see how stiff the competition is next week at 7pm here at the Bike for King Trivia!

What's better than Thursday Trivia Night at the Bike? Thursday Trivia Night at the Bike with KROQs Beermug helping to host and passing out prizes left and right! We had a great time this Thursday and I had the personal pleasure of scoring answer sheets with some truly hilarious answer. Moe, Larry and Curly are not the names of the three wisemen who gave gifts to baby Jesus unfortunately. It was a busy night but even so two newcomer teams to the Bike managed to swoop in and take second and third place within points of each other. That Table managed to get 52 points between the two of them taking third and The Finer Things Club was able to take em on at 56 points with two early double downs in the first and third rounds. But it was our resident Champions who won the day with a cool 64 point combo. Pannido seems to be re-securing their place as the undisputed King Trivia Kings of the Bike. But for every King there is a succession. Will next week see a new winner take the $100 gift card prize? Find out next week at 7pm at the Bike with King Trivia!

Thursday's Trivia night saw a ton of new players enter the field along with our classic regulars. Old friends and new alike, they all competed fiercely in what may be the highest point total trivia night in the Bike's history. Though many teams performed admirably, tonight proved that less is in fact more. Peanuts took third place with a fiercesome foursome of a team. Team Monroy took home second place with their terrible triplet but were unfortunately edged out one point by the deadly duo that is G.O.T. Who knows, they may even be a match for our absentee champions Pannido next week! We will of course see you next Thursday at 7 for the sweet pizza deals, the excellent beer bargains, and King Trivia!
