QUIZ RECAP

Some big teams turned out to showcase their trivia knowledge on Monday at HP Deli. Perennial favorites LLUA really stepped back into the spotlight in a big way, winning first place.  Stepdads Who Vape conquered second, and Rage Against the Fionk had a very impressive showing in the drinking round.  Congrats to all the teams!

It was a hot day and a cool night at HP Deli where five teams came to strut their trivia stuff.  Latecomers Max's Lil Angels brown-nosed their way to victory after a round 6 double put them far into the lead.  Promising Young Jen made their triumphant return to the bar after being gone for more than a year, so it was lovely to see them once again.  All in all a great night.

The Day of Redemption has arrived!  We have been delivered to our salvation and returned to the Kingdom of Heaven!

All joking aside, it was really great to return to where so many of us had spent so much time over the last few years.  It is surreal to think that the last time any of us were here playing trivia, it was more than a year ago.  And more than a year ago Backyard Yurt was the last team to win first place before we shut down.  And now a year later, they've won at our first night back.  Rather poetic, don't you think?
