About The Lab Gastropub

The science of fun and fine dining is artfully executed daily at The Lab Gastropub. Conveniently located on Figueroa Blvd., The Lab is next door to the Galen Center, across the street from USC and an easy walk to the Shrine Auditorium, the Los Angeles Coliseum and the museums at Expo Park. Our menu features a variety of pub favorites and an extensive selection of beers. The communal style seating encourages group fun. You’ll always find local sports as well as national events featured on the multiple screens throughout the restaurant. The Classroom, our private dining room, is ideal for social events and the outdoor patio is a great place to enjoy the SoCal sunshine.

Big teams this week at the Lab, and you know what they say about big teams... Big Competition!

It was a throwdown of epic proportions between all six teams, but of course, there can only be one champion each night. This week team Gummy Bears brought a duo to a group fight and still ended up taking third place. Always impressive Gummy Bears. New regular players Mmmmmm...badass almost lived up to their name this week but were done in by the massive effort of the huge but untested team PMW.

I always love to see the teams battle it out and this week was certainly no different. I hope to see you all next week Wednesday at 7pm for King Trivia at the Lab!

I was ecstatic to see so many new teams at the Lab tonight! We're giving our Lab Trivia veterans some real challenge again! There were a ton of double downs tonight, some successful and some not. Hubris or daring? They are what decided who the champions are this Wednesday. And it was Badass that came out way on top with a whopping 60 points for first place! They were followed by new team Quiz in my Pants with 48 points for second. And finally we had Gummy Bears come in at 34 points, taking home the third place prize! Thanks to all my teams for always giving the Lab a fantastic atmosphere! See you all next Wednesday at 7pm for King Trivia at the Lab!

It was a fun and exciting night at the Lab with a whole slew of new teams and our veteran teams coming under pressure. But then again, any night at the Lab is fun and exciting thanks to their fantastic staff! Our new teams did amazing for their first time playing, and new team Mike Pence None the Richer even managed to take home the first place prize! It was a showdown tie that decided first place, and Drunk in Public was just barely outguessed by Richer. The Trivia hardened Gummy Bears took home a valiant third place as well. Thanks to all my players for making all my nights at the Lab memorable and I will see you all next week at 7 for King Trivia!
