QUIZ RECAP

The weather was warm and the beer was cold at Three Weavers as 12 teams joined us for King Trivia!

We had a fun start to the night as the teams answered some General Knowledge questions in round 1, and round 2 was real playful as teams had to identify the fictional toy for our Picture round.

Round 3 was all about workout trends and remote jobs, and the teams did especially well in round 4 as almost all of them guessed the famous band we were looking for in our Guess Who round.

Teams got wonderfully specific as they tried to Find the Connection in round 5, and round 6 had them trying to match the protagonist to the movie whose title mentions someone else for our Guess Who round.

After our final round 7 in which teams had to name the 10 people next in the U.S. Presidential line of succession, Daydream ThreeWeaver & A Homecoming King (Trivia) won first place, but we ended up with a three-way tie for second place! While the other two teams came close, One Hundred Dollar Sea Bass came away with second place, and Daddy winning third!

All in all, we had a wonderful evening of excellent trivia at Three Weavers!

Tonight was interesting, it was a steady game as the team "With fear for our democracy, I dissent" held their first place title consistently througout the game, we thought team "Urban achievers" was going to have a chance to take it but they ended up coming in second due to the question at the end. That's what got them! Tonight was more lively than usual since its basically not a school night and the holiday is tomorrow. Team "klay went 0/10 held their own and took fourth place and made their presence known. Fierce competition tonight but utimately the best time took it all. This was one of my favorite King Trivia nights ever! I love this venue!

It was a beautiful summer evening at Three Weavers as 11 teams joined us for King Trivia!

The night got off to a strong start with some excellent General Knowledge questions, and then got quite mountainous in round 2 as teams had to identify the famous mountain for our Picture round.

Round 3 had teams celebrating Rat Boy Summer (answering questions about fictional rodents and summer treats), and they did a great job in round 4 as they guessed the famous fictional Star Trek character we were looking for.

Teams had a lot of fun with their answers in round 5 as they tried to Find the Connection, and we were “running on ‘fumes” in round 6 as they had to match the celebrity to their signature scent.

Round 7 had our teams naming the 10 U.S. states with the highest population density, and after a close competition all night, Mathletes? won first place, with Daddy winning second and I’m Just a Reptilian Shape-Shifter winning third!

It was another wonderful night at Three Weavers as we welcomed in the start of summer with King Trivia!
