One of my favorite King Trivia nights yet!

We kicked off our trivia night at Three Weavers with our general knowledge, where our Question of the Day was Star Wars themed, for May the 4th! Teams then had a lot of fun identifying the celebrities who hosted cooking shows in round 2, our picture round.

As a Star Wars fan myself (wore my shirt and everything), I got a huge kick out of round 3, where all the questions were all about Star Wars!

In round 4, teams did a great job guessing the famous director in our Guess Who round, and then had a lot of fun trying to guess the connection in round 5.

We got literary with round 6, where teams had to match the book to the literary child, and in the final round 7 teams had to name the 3 Nirvana songs that cracked the Billboard Hot 100 in the 90s and the 7 countries with the most residents that practiced Buddhism (in a round called Reaching Nirvana).

The competition really heated up in the last few rounds, but ultimately the returning team Quiz Me Baby One More Time took home the win!

Looking forward to the next week of King Trivia at Three Weavers!

An incredibly fun night of King Trivia at Three Weavers this evening, with some of my favorite team names yet!

We had a great mix of new teams and returning teams as 11 teams started round 1, our general knowledge round, and they gave me some great and hilarious answers for round 2 where they had to identify the piano player in the picture.

Round 3 was a fun round all about fathers and famous thieves, with some more great answers keeping the competition close and fierce going into round 4, our Guess Who round.

In Round 5, we had a lot of laughs as players had to guess the connection between the first 9 questions, and round 6 had teams match celebrities to their offspring.

Competition remained fierce and teams were maintaining some pretty high scores as we entered into our 7th and final round, where they had to identify the 10 highest denominations of U.S. currency ever printed for the public. But after much back and forth, ultimately Quiz Me Baby One More Time came away with the win, followed closely by Stupid Sexy Flanders in second place and the appropriately named 3rd Place coming in third!

All-in-all, a fun, hilarious, competitive night of King Trivia at Three Weavers!

QUIZ RECAP

We had an exciting night of King Trivia at Three Weavers tonight!

We had a good mix of returning teams and new teams as we started our first general knowledge, all of whom did quite well in that first round! They then had a great time trying to identify famous twins in our picture round (round 2).

Round 3, our wonderfully named Gaia Fieri round had our teams answering questions that were all about the environment, and they all did a great job identifying the famous person in Round 4, our Guess Who round.

Round 5 had a lot of fun answers for our Find the Connection round, and I was wildly impressed by the teams' comic book knowledge as they matched the comic book villain to their alter ego in round 6.

The competition was close and fierce heading into round 7 as teams had to name 10 of the top 15 100 Greatest Music Videos Ever Made, according to MTV. 

All the teams did great, but ultimately it came down to a tiebreaker showdown between teams Box Wine Children and 3rd Place. Team 3rd Place ultimately came away with the win as they had the closest guess to the price of a 2021 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport!

All in all, another great King Trivia night with some very fun questions, engaging teams and close competition!
