QUIZ RECAP

The holiday spirit was in the air at Three Weavers tonight as several teams joined in the King Trivia fun!

10 teams kicked the night off with general knowledge in round 1, acing the answers and giving me some fun ones too! Then we “turned back time” in round 2 as players had to identify the decade based on photos of Cher’s outfit.

We got a little scientific in round 3, as teams answered questions all about molecules and sitcom catchphrases, and did an excellent job identifying the fictional princess in round 4, our Guess Who round.

Round 5 was a ton of fun as teams tried to Find the Connection (and they sure did give me the best answers), and they did great in round 6 as they matched the Bond theme song to the correct artist.

We ended our trivia night on a challenging round filled with fun answers as teams had to name the four U.S. presidents that lend their name to a state capital, and Richard Bass’ “Seven Summits”, in his estimation the tallest peaks on each continent.

While the competition was back and forth all evening, ultimately RIP Kim (She’s Not Dead, She Just Has a Cold) came away with the win, with Quiz Me Baby One More Time coming in a close second, followed by Jolliest Bunch of Assholes This Side of the Nuthouse coming in third!

All in all, a festive, wonderful night of King Trivia at Three Weavers!

QUIZ RECAP

It was a cool and festive night as 8 teams showed up to Three Weavers for King Trivia!

We started off on a very fun note with our General Knowledge round, round 1, and teams came out strong with the hilarious answers in round 2, as they had to identify the comedian in our Picture round.

Round 3 was another round with some ridiculously fun answers as players answered questions all about volcanoes and plumbers, and they did excellent guessing the famous person in round 4, our Guess Who round.

Teams continued the trend of giving me wildly entertaining answers in round 5 as they tried to Find the Connection, and did a very good job in round 6 as they matched the geographic region to its country.

Though the competition was back and forth all night, Should Have Been Bama took hold of the lead in the 5th round and never let go, finishing in first place, with Quizzed in My Pants coming in second and Quiz Me Baby One More Time in third!

Such a great, hilarious, fun night of King Trivia at Three Weavers!

QUIZ RECAP

The air was crisp and the beer was cold at Three Weavers tonight, as seven teams showed up to play some King Trivia!

We started off with a bang in round 1, our general knowledge round, where teams came hot out of the gates with the right answers, then had fun trying their best to identify the celebrity playing soccer in our round 2 picture round.

Round 3 was a fun one, as teams had to answer questions all about famous Calvins and tigers, and players did a great job guessing the famous actress in round 4, our Guess Who round.

Teams also did a great job finding that Minnesota connection in round 5, our Find the Connection round, and then had their mayoral knowledge tested in round 6 as they had to match the mayor to the city they currently represent.

The competition was a roller coaster all evening, but after round 7 where teams had to identify 10 of the 11 series regulars in the first episode of Sesame Street, Quiz Me Baby One More Time narrowly took home the win, with John Taylor Fertilizer in a close second and Quizzed in My Pants right behind with a close third!
