QUIZ RECAP

A small homecoming but a happy one nonetheless. Nice to see you all having enjoyed your summers, your 5 o'clock Fridays, your non-spray tans, your Italy vacation pictures. Love to hear your stories of your wins and losses, how close you came to winning the drinking round, that one team everyone thought was cheating - but all that? It's in the past. The only thing that matters is right now and we're not pulling any punches.

Trivia is back, baby. And you either know what states contain the Appalachian Trail or you're going home to open up a geography book. If you don't know how all of those things are connected to Lord of the Rings - Lord of the Rings, guys. It was a book series, a movie series, an old Rankin-Bass animation series, going to be a future Amazon Prime series - what are you even doing here? Trudge up the mountain to Mordor and toss yourselves in. This isn't a kids game. This isn't some HQutie bullshit. Nah, this is King Trivia. Time to step it up for the new school year, kids. QUIZ RECAP

The battle was fierce, but with each round, Secular Healing slowly pulled away from the pack. By the end of Round 7, we found ourselves in a tie for 2nd place between Quizzie McGuire and Exit to Kareem. Both teams gave their best guess to the depth of Lake Michigan. Quizzie was the closest and took the 2nd place prize in the tie breaker.

Standing Room Only started strong and stayed strong throughout the game, despite a stumble in Round 4. Beyonce, Healing and Jenner battled for 2nd and 3rd place. Healing, who had two missed double or nothing rounds, was still able to manage a nice 2nd place finish, with Beyonce coming in a solid third.
