Tonight was your night if you like answering questions about PIZZA! ( and also dome-shaped buildings, roses, and hard wood!

David Bowie’s 3rd Nipple took an early lead in round 1 with a successful double and managed to maintain it the ENTIRE game! Congrats DB3N for taking first place and newcomers (I think?) Modra Vopice for fighting their way up to second place! I'd be willing to bet that both teams got a little hard wood when they won!

Special mention to Cheddar Traditioñal for taking the next-to-last place prize (a strategy they clearly worked on!) As I always say, if you can't beat 'em, just don't come in last!

Thanks to everyone that brought their dogs out tonight! I wish I could give out prizes for thee goodest doggo, but then, they would ALL win!

Another great week for trivia at Big Stump Brewing Company! 

Our quizzers were tested on their knowledge of time machines, motown singers, and national watering holes. It seemed like the same few teams that were ahead in the first 4 rounds were going to place, but a successful double by Ale Curry, rocketed them to the lead in round 5, which they were able to hold on to for the rest of the game!

In the end Ale Curry took home first, David Bowie's 3rd Nipple came in second, and the Trash Panda placed 2nd to last, to take home a little bit of beer money.

As always, our awesome outdoor patio is perfect for you and your dog on these cool April nights! Hope to see more new teams next week!

QUIZ RECAP

Wow tonight was another intense night of high octane trivia here at Big Stump Brew Company!

Tonight our 12 teams battled it out with their knowledge of famous tennis players, units of measurement, spokespeople, eyes, and, of course, Leonardo DiCaprio films. 

The night started pretty slowly, but things heated up pretty quickly (n pun intended, Steamy Fellows) by the third round, when We’re Just Here to Beat Daniel started to break apart from the pack. I didn't know that Daniel inspired such spite! But spite is a powerful force (just ask my ex-wife) and We’re Just Here to Beat Daniel took first place, while Daniel's team, Cheddar Traditioñal, took a distant second. 

Honorable mention(ish) to Mocked Cuck Clocks Shocked Rock (who had the best name of the night) a team of one who did NOT lose and took home some extra beer coupons!

As always, thanks to all our teams for coming out to the BEST trivia night in midtown Sacramento on a Wednesday OR Thursday night (according so some guy on Reddit)! As always, feel free to bring your dog, have a beer, and answer some questions.
