To the victory goes the spoils. This Tuesday at Mikkeller in DTLA it was Spermy McWhaleFace that took home two four-packs of delicious craft beer and $30 in Mikkeller chips. The race was tight throughout but, just like the USWNT the team that started in the lead, ended with the win. The Purple Panthers were trying to repeat their victory from last week and ended on the podium, although this time it was in second place. Menace II Sobriety took home the beer round and also ended up in third place, which they cashed in for more FREE beer. Look forward to seeing y'all next week for another exciting King Trivia battle.

The Purple Panthers showed up a bit tardy, but that didn't stop them from bringing home the Championship this past Tuesday at Mikkeller DTLA. Two double-downs on 10-point rounds, was too much to overcome for everyone else. Second and third came down to an MLB tie-breaker and Illogical Logic was perfect enough to take home 2nd place (two 4-packs of craft beer), leaving Missouri Star Fox out at third (they walked away with a free 4-pack of tasty tasty craft beer). The small but mighty team of two, Magneto Was Right not only won the all-important beer round, they also took home the Championship, which included two shirts and $30 towards their bar tab. The trivia battle was tight throughout. Menace II Sobriety doubled down successfully in three-consecutive rounds but missed their double down in the final round, which resulted in them finishing in third. Second place belonged to Missouri Star Fox, who will be the first to tell you that St. Louis is not the capital. Sober up everyone, and be sure to grab your friends and family for King Trivia next Tuesday at Mikkeller at 7:30pm.
