About Paragon

Allen Adams was born and raised in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley and has over twenty years of experience in the restaurant, nightclub and bar business. Allen cut his teeth managing the The Shark Club in downtown LA. While working at the Shark Club, Allen learned the importance of treating customers in such a way that garnered incredible loyalty and a multitude of return clientele. Allen moved on to be the bar manager of the Seafood Broiler and Milano’s Italian kitchen. Allen always strived to create a personable environment where the customer would feel comfortable and want to be a part of. He always puts the customer’s needs first and foremost. Allen decided after years of being in the business to venture out and open the Paragon Bar and Grill. Along with partner “CJ” Willis, their goal was to create a place in Northridge that would give the feel of going to Hollywood or Downtown, without the long drive or potential pretentiousness.

Everything we do here at Paragon Bar and Grill is prepared fresh, from our handmade cocktails, to our snacks and all of our food. Our menu was created by executive chef Greg Schroeppel. Greg has worked with Wolfgang Puck and has done a great job putting a menu together for you. Our goal is to provide the best service, drink and food in the Valley.

Good times with good people at the Paragon Bar and Grill in Northridge this week. Guest Quizmaster Cody enjoyed getting to meet so many lovely new people. Our teams put in their all and can all walk away with their heads held high, knowing they did their very best.

Team Titos put up some fun answers (some of which I'll not repeat in polite company) but our top three were 2blondesandabrunette, in third, Three best friends in second, and Glengarry Glenn Close  who walked away at the top. Our winners walked away with a $20 gift card for the Paragon, and second place took some lovely stemless glassware from Angry Orchard. Join us next week, and every week for more Q's for your A's from King Trivia!

6 teams came out to play tonight and the competition was fierce (and friendly of course because that's what we do here at King Trivia). Spring chickens and Glengarry Glenn close battled it out for the first and second place spots most of the night. In the end Glengarry took it home. The other teams were not far behind. It was a tight night. double or nothings were used and points were made and lost.

Quizmaster Yael filled in at Paragon for Thursday night Trivia where First timers Tadpoles played a great game but Glengarry Glenn Close took an early lead, staying on top until Be Gentle, It's My First Time caught up eventually resulting in a tie over attractive MCU villains. 

After a tie-breaker, Glengarry took the first place prize but Be Gentle vowed to return next week for a rematch
