About Paragon

Allen Adams was born and raised in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley and has over twenty years of experience in the restaurant, nightclub and bar business. Allen cut his teeth managing the The Shark Club in downtown LA. While working at the Shark Club, Allen learned the importance of treating customers in such a way that garnered incredible loyalty and a multitude of return clientele. Allen moved on to be the bar manager of the Seafood Broiler and Milano’s Italian kitchen. Allen always strived to create a personable environment where the customer would feel comfortable and want to be a part of. He always puts the customer’s needs first and foremost. Allen decided after years of being in the business to venture out and open the Paragon Bar and Grill. Along with partner “CJ” Willis, their goal was to create a place in Northridge that would give the feel of going to Hollywood or Downtown, without the long drive or potential pretentiousness.

Everything we do here at Paragon Bar and Grill is prepared fresh, from our handmade cocktails, to our snacks and all of our food. Our menu was created by executive chef Greg Schroeppel. Greg has worked with Wolfgang Puck and has done a great job putting a menu together for you. Our goal is to provide the best service, drink and food in the Valley.

Quizmaster Yael filled in at Paragon for Thursday night Trivia where First timers Tadpoles played a great game but Glengarry Glenn Close took an early lead, staying on top until Be Gentle, It's My First Time caught up eventually resulting in a tie over attractive MCU villains. 

After a tie-breaker, Glengarry took the first place prize but Be Gentle vowed to return next week for a rematch

Lovely night at the Paragon Bar, serving up some delicious food and drinks (you MUST try Al's Sourdough burger it's the bomb), and great atmosphere! We had 3 teams tonight , each vying for the coveted first place gift card. Two regulars and a new team tonight that was very interested upon hearing about it and joined us the rest of the night. Double of bluffin' stayed close behind Glengarry Glenn Close most of the night, but the 27 club had a few leads at the start. The two teams in the lead got there by using some well-played Double or nothings. Some stumpers on the matching round and the Jack Nicholson list round, but overall a good night of good fun!

The game started off pretty close with no doubles. 

In Round 2, One Night Stand pulled ahead with the only successful double down. They doubled again in Round 3, solidifying their lead.

In Round 4, One Night Stand received a -1, and though they were still in first, it was by only 1 point. 

Round 5 saw an upset with Handmaids of Texas doubling and pulling ahead! They also doubled Round 6. Sluts from the 90s should've doubled, but their 10 points put them in 2nd place going into the 7th Round. 

After Round 7, it was no surprise that Handmaids of Texas came in 1st, with Sluts from the 90s and One Night Stand in 2nd and 3rd, respectively.
