We had a close game on Wednesday. I have never seen 5 teams separated by 1 point each!
Bernooley Was Wrong started out strong with a double. Nearly all the teams doubled the 2nd round successfully. In round three, 9/8 Central doubled successfully.
Every team got every answer correct in round 5! And all but one of them doubled! We've got some smart teams on Wednesday nights.
Butter emails made a successful double in round 6, sending them from being tied for 4th place to taking the lead.
Gazpacho and Missing Jana doubled successfully in Round 7, but it wasn't enough to help them place.
In the end, Butter Emails took first, with 9/8 Central and Just Here To Establish An Alibi right behind.
It was a very close game on Wednesday night!
No one doubled the first round, but 9/8 Central and Gazpacho did in the 2nd.
Then Gazpacho doubled unsuccessfully, putting them 5 points behind 9/8 Central who took first.
More bad luck followed Gazpacho and Whatever You Want It To Be, who both got -1 on the Guess Who round.
However, Gazpacho came back with a vengeance by being the only team to double successfully in the 5th round.
Whatever You Want It To Be was able to double the 6th round (match jazz musicians to their instruments) bringing them up from 5th place to 3rd.
Going into the final round, only 1 point separated the first and second place teams, and only 5 points between the first and third place teams.
In the end, Gazpacho made a comeback from 4th to 1st. 9/8 Central was so close and got 2nd by 1 point. And Whatever You Want It To Be received 3rd place.

We did things a little differently this Wednesday. Because of the basketball game going on, we started with the handout rounds until the game was finished.
Some notable highlights were Shan Flags Magic Mountain winning the drinking round, which was a word search for Disney Princesses.
Gazpacho was tied with 9/8 Central for most of the game until 9/8 Central guessed incorrectly in the "Guess Who" round. That propelled Gazpacho to a solid first place.
GTL continued their streak of getting 3rd place for the upteenth week in a row.
And finally, my wonderful school was an answer in the final round! Rah Rah TCU!!!
