The jacket is back! Well, for a limited time at least. Old friends and new converged upon Great Change like a swarm of locusts to devour fantastic craft beer and trivia, and a good time was had by all. Whether you like it or not, trivia season is in full swing. And, to quote Weezer, "You don't like it. You love it."
Teams battled for the top spot, with lead changes and Double Or Nothing jumps to vault friends and foes from the fjords into elevated positions. When the final bell rang, Triple Deke landed in the 3 spot to take home a $10 gift card with 54 points after leading a good portion of the game. 4 Dudes 1 Table put themselves solidly into second for a $15 card with 58 points. The team of the night was Sherlock Holmes, sleuthing out answers to earn the top spot and a $25 gift card with 65 points.
Come out next week as we battle and imbibe to the dulcet tones of a glittered ghoul imparting phrases in a frenzy at 7 pm. Show up early to get your brain loosened up with a beer or 3 so you might dislodge the answers tucked within, and I'll start the show when I feel the timing is right.
Don't forget, YOU CAN HAVE MY JOB!!! Seriously, we're looking for a regular Quizmaster, so head over to the Employment Opportunities section of the page and put your best foot forward. The sparkly jacket is not included, but friends and good times are!
Love,
Dave
What a night of trivia! We had old teams returning and recent teams competing for the top prize. Who came out on top? Find out below!
Storm Cloud Kitty Cat had their claws out tonight. They started strong with a Double or Nothing and had high flying scores since. An almost perfect score with their Broadway recognition helped boost them along. They went home with third place!
4 Dudes 2 Barrels was ready to go. They too started with a Double or Nothing in round oneand had an ever increasing score from round four with six points to round seven with nine! They ended with forty-five points, the same amount as Storm Cloud Kitty Cat! The Tie Breaker was played and 4 Dudes 2 Barrels came out on top with second place!
The 5150’s were able to secure that Double or Nothing in round one as well. They had perfectly steady scores throughout, batting away all those that tried to come near their score. They secured their lead with an almost presidential score in round seven. They took home first place!
Tonight’s DJ score to beat was 31.

We had more than the normal amount of teams, and quite a few teams returning to the fold. Did they still have it in them to take the lead? Find out below.
3 Dudes 1 Barrel may have showed up just a touch after start, but they were ready for trivia. They may have tripped up a touch at the beginning, but quickly caught up with two Double or Nothing scores in a row for rounds five and six. They may not have had a monopoly on the score, but they sure did know how to go to third place!
Burrito Babes returned and were ready to take on all comers. They had a nice Double or Nothing in round two with their Australian recognition, followed up quickly with another in round six. They knew their squeequals enough to pull ahead of the pack. They took home second place!
Flaming Toxic Trivia Monkeys had returned with a vengeance. They were now in their flow of the game and got not one, two, or three, but four Double or Nothing scores on this night! Their score kept going up longer than the mathematical Pi. They came out with first place!
Tonight’s DJ score to beat was 43.
