About Great Change Brewing

Welcome to the Great Change Brewing experience that is born from family and focused on our community.  Our philosophy is derived from the lifelong love of craft beer and the traveling experiences of Steve Belmont and Tim Belmont who created the Belmont Venture corporation that has led them to partnering with Master Brewer Kyle Smith who is notorious for his award-winning craft beer creations.  Our strength comes from hiring the best who embrace the Great Change Brewing philosophy to never compromise on the quality of our craft beer and to never take for granted our connection to the customer through genuine customer service.  We welcome you to our brewing family and let’s continue a legacy of bringing our community together, to enjoy each other’s company over Great Change Brewing craft beer.

Doubles can make it break your night! Our new team Lightning Dogs showed that they are a force to be reckoned with, and registering made the 2-point difference to take the win without a tiebreaker.

When the last round came down, S.H.I.T. eked their way into third place by a single point with 40 to win a $10 gift card. That's free beer! Cream of the Crop almost hit the top with 57 for second place and a $15 gift card. Lightning Dogs jumped ship to come over to King Trivia and won by two points, putting up 59 points for first place and taking home a $25 gift card. For those who listened, my son and I managed a respectable 38.

Come out next week as we see how much hexavalent chromium in drinking water is too much for your nearly indestructible host. I'm 97% sure I'm immortal. Bring friends. Bring enemies. Make them cower before your mighty trivia brains.

Were getting more and more new faces in every week, and that's a great thing at Great Change! One team dropped after round 2, and another jumped in at round 4. It's totally fine if you're not going to win; just come out and have fun.

Newcomers Threat Level Midnight took the number 3 spot with 43. Cream of the Crop got second place with 47. Room 216 couldn't remember if they were 16 or 216, but they remembered a lot of answers and took first with 55.

As we trudge on through the Bako summer heat, Great Change keep our spirits topped up. New faces keep coming in, and we're happy to have them. Remember, bring friends, bring enemies, bring everyone to trivia. Y'all also found out that if I can verify it, challenges to questions and answers are acceptable. Nena AND Blondie both sang 99 Red Balloons.

At the buzzer, The People's Elbow laid the smack down to take 3rd place with 42. Cream of the Crop almost Rose to the top, earning 2nd with 44. New team (formed from a team that just grew too large) Escape Goats trounced everyone with 57 after getting a reversal on a question challenge to successfully double in round 6.

 

Welcome our other new teams: Hot Tamales, The D Team, and Let's Taco Bout It. Join us next week as we cruise Union looking for, well, umm, maybe we should just keep that between us.
