About The Dudes' Brewing Co. - Santa Clarita

Here you can poke around and get some additional info.  We are a family owned and operated craft brewery founded in 2013, distributed in eight states and based in Torrance, CA (for everyone visiting from out of the SoCal area we are in Los Angeles). The Dudes’ specialize in innovative approaches to classic beer styles designed to appeal to casual beer drinkers and craft beer fanatics alike. In our Torrance, CA brewery or So. Cal. Tasting Rooms, twenty-four Dudes’ beers are always on tap, which include our staple favorites such as Double Trunk Double IPA, CalifornIPA, Grandma’s Pecan English Style Brown, Juicebox Series: Blood Orange Amber, as well as seasonal and test brews that can only be found in one of our locations.  Stop in for a flight or a pint, enjoy our weekly trivia nights, our monthly comedy shows or Yoga & Beer mornings, stay for a while or grab a crowler, growler or 4-pack to go, The Dudes’ gotcha covered.

We poured some beers and sipped in anticipation as the quizzers filed in. Lucky 8 Joined us with some vigour and Carol and the Cessna 172 Heavys were soaring high after joining up in round 3. The Dirty Pirate Hookers stole every point they could, but Flying Solo, Nintendo 69, and Somewhere in the Middle Won the Day.

12 started, 8 prevailed. 3 successful doubles countered by 4 failed ones, and 6 teams nailed the 10-pt clue in rd 4. A little bit of everything tonight. So, of course we had to use the tie-breaker question to settle 3rd place.

Buzz Lightbeer started with the only double of rd 1 and used that to catapult into a lead they never relenquished. They ended as they started, with a double in rd 7 to seal the deal.

Flying Deuces failed on their double in rd 2, placing them into a bit of a hole. They slogged their way along, chipping away, and finally took over 2nd place in rd 6, holding it to the end.

But Did You Die and Panorama stayed very close to each other all the way through and, of course, ended in a tie. BDYD had the closest guess on the tie-breaker and grabbed 3rd place.

Things started off rather modest as teams split their attention between the trivial tests and the Enormous Screens deciding the fate of Warriors and Raptors alike. Dyck and His Clique, Somewhere in the middle, and Flying Solo were able to double in round 2, launching ahead, but would it be far enough? No one doubled successfully for the next twp rounds, when suddenly, We paused the game with bated breath stunned at the fraction-of-a-second-left drama of the final game in the NBA Championship, to see if our Golden State Warriors woul- is that O' Canada playing? Oh no, Oh Dear, well,

In round 5, teams were able to hit a smattering of points, but not enough to overtake the leader Flying Solo, and thier next round double, flying higher than ever and leading the pack until the end.
