About The Dudes' Brewing Co. - Santa Clarita

Here you can poke around and get some additional info.  We are a family owned and operated craft brewery founded in 2013, distributed in eight states and based in Torrance, CA (for everyone visiting from out of the SoCal area we are in Los Angeles). The Dudes’ specialize in innovative approaches to classic beer styles designed to appeal to casual beer drinkers and craft beer fanatics alike. In our Torrance, CA brewery or So. Cal. Tasting Rooms, twenty-four Dudes’ beers are always on tap, which include our staple favorites such as Double Trunk Double IPA, CalifornIPA, Grandma’s Pecan English Style Brown, Juicebox Series: Blood Orange Amber, as well as seasonal and test brews that can only be found in one of our locations.  Stop in for a flight or a pint, enjoy our weekly trivia nights, our monthly comedy shows or Yoga & Beer mornings, stay for a while or grab a crowler, growler or 4-pack to go, The Dudes’ gotcha covered.

A quaint night. 9 teams showed up, but only 3 regulars! it was a newbie night and they made a good showing with two unregistered teams taking First and Second Place!

We had a rocky start, but a good showing in round 2. Round 3 was profitable for "Prowlers" and "Car RamRod, but everyone else started to fall behind.

Rounds 4 and 5 saw the pace pick up a bit, with teams' points beginning to soar with Amelia Earhart and maintaining an average cruising altitude of 7 points until the end of the game.

Many Teams missed out on the bonus 2 points and what was a tie for third between "Wyld Stallyns" and "Beer me Up Scotty" became settled with the latter's 2 bonus points for being registered.

The Theme for this round is... Janelle's last day?!

Oh, say it ain't so! She's moving on to a new job at a new Dude's, but we tried to make the most of our last night with her.

Three Newcomer teams challenged six regulars in a gentle building of points tonight. Round 1 kept things light with an average score of 4, round 2 saw things begin to heat up, but round 3 had a bit more brutality, with only one team scoring over 5 points and some unsuccessful double-downs, to boot.

Teams took an interestingly long time to guess our who, but brought the knowledge with finding the connection in round 5, almost everyone making away with 8s, 9s, or 10s! Round 7 was a little tricky, but we're more a beer drinking crowd, and less a caring about college rankings in 2018 bunch.

We're gonna miss you, Janelle!

It was a great night with a few new teams, "flying solo" started out strong in round one with the only successful double-down: no team would achieve such a feat until around seven!

Round two was a little shaky with some new comers getting off to some goose eggs, and rounds three and four proceeded conservatively.

Round five saw alittle more confidence and three teams scored over six points - the first time since around two.

The chips were down in round seven, and All teams brought their geography A-game, or in this case A minus game, no one had enough to unseat "flying solo",whose early lead gave them just enough of an edge to take first place. Much fun was had by all on a quieter night at the Dudes'.
