About The Dudes' Brewing Co. - Santa Clarita

Here you can poke around and get some additional info.  We are a family owned and operated craft brewery founded in 2013, distributed in eight states and based in Torrance, CA (for everyone visiting from out of the SoCal area we are in Los Angeles). The Dudes’ specialize in innovative approaches to classic beer styles designed to appeal to casual beer drinkers and craft beer fanatics alike. In our Torrance, CA brewery or So. Cal. Tasting Rooms, twenty-four Dudes’ beers are always on tap, which include our staple favorites such as Double Trunk Double IPA, CalifornIPA, Grandma’s Pecan English Style Brown, Juicebox Series: Blood Orange Amber, as well as seasonal and test brews that can only be found in one of our locations.  Stop in for a flight or a pint, enjoy our weekly trivia nights, our monthly comedy shows or Yoga & Beer mornings, stay for a while or grab a crowler, growler or 4-pack to go, The Dudes’ gotcha covered.

We kicked off with a nice warm-up in round 1, but kicked it into high gear for round 2 with most teams scoring high, and half of them doubling successfully, the rivals met. everyone was fairly stumped in the next round, but locked in for round 4. The Dudes won the drinking round as if it were a walk in the park, but also it was a very temperate day, and one had just received rather exciting news. Two zeroes underscored the celebrations of round 5, followed by sporadically high scores til the end.

The competition was stiff if not voluminous on the fifth night of Channukah. Teams launch into round 1 with vigour, but lacked the knowledge to get perfect scores. Undaunted, everyone maintained the middle for the next three rounds, with no double down attempts until round 6 (The lesser known details about Penelepe Cruz and Rodents threw us all for a loop).

Team Hunsaker + Friend nearly doubled their score with a round 6 double-down, and the first attempt of the night! They were edged out of first place by a final round Double from Austin Squared + Antwan (although it would only have been 1 point difference had Hunsaker Registered)

As we draw towards the end of season 9, the teams buckling down are getting serious.

Our first round went...well, "just okay" by the consensus of the groups, but Keanu would never let us down, right? Most teams made up some ground, but For Schnitzengiggles joined the fray this round, doubled, and established the early lead! The following rounds were headscratchers, like round 4 where all teams waited at least for 3 clues to get their guesses in.

Playing conservatively can only get you so far, so Austin Squared and More tried valiantly for a round 7 double-down- their only hope for a podium place, but they didn't make it, outdone by Alternative Facts, and Practice Nipple, who had to break a tie for second!
