About The Dudes' Brewing Co. - Santa Clarita

Here you can poke around and get some additional info.  We are a family owned and operated craft brewery founded in 2013, distributed in eight states and based in Torrance, CA (for everyone visiting from out of the SoCal area we are in Los Angeles). The Dudes’ specialize in innovative approaches to classic beer styles designed to appeal to casual beer drinkers and craft beer fanatics alike. In our Torrance, CA brewery or So. Cal. Tasting Rooms, twenty-four Dudes’ beers are always on tap, which include our staple favorites such as Double Trunk Double IPA, CalifornIPA, Grandma’s Pecan English Style Brown, Juicebox Series: Blood Orange Amber, as well as seasonal and test brews that can only be found in one of our locations.  Stop in for a flight or a pint, enjoy our weekly trivia nights, our monthly comedy shows or Yoga & Beer mornings, stay for a while or grab a crowler, growler or 4-pack to go, The Dudes’ gotcha covered.

It was Endgame night, but the faithful Children of Trivia turned out for a battle all the same. Spoiler free and frivolous, they Knocked down more points than double downs, but they were all in bewilderment together and sallied fourth as one against a common enemy: the QuizMaster

They assaulted the picture round with a fury outpacing the general, but the first theme round hit them in the feels, and damaged their confidence going into the second half of the game. The math against everyone, some double downs were thrown out although none landed, that is until round seven, when a few teams were able to hop and jump a far into the lead!

From high flying drinking rounds to tragically missed doubles we had a night of soaring heights and plummeted depths. There was an easy start to the night with a peppering of confidences, but round 2 sent teams Christopher Walken around for any clues to the filmography of one of the best. Things looked up in round 3 with a double down for "My sweet, sweet dudes", and everyone would get to pick up the pace a little in round 3. A misplaced double-attempt sent Flying Deuces to a low altitude, giving a boost the competition that held til round 5. A successful double and a few burns pulled the field closer together, and Flying Deuces began their climb back high. Another double securing them a top spot. When it all shook out after round 7, a conservative showing kept 'My Sweet, sweet, dudes" in the standings followed by Somewhere in the middle and capped by the almost-Icarus Flying Deuces

Tough Game tonight. 3 goose eggs in rd 2, 6 wrong answers on the 10-pt and 8-pt clues of rd 4, and only 1 attempted double in the first 6 rds.

This was a game about 3 teams: Somewhere in the Middle, Master Bader Ginsburg, and Flying Deuces. They alternated the lead through the first 4 rounds, until MBG became one of the victims of rd 4. FD was perfect in rd 5, but passed on the double, which would given them a comfortable lead, and allowed SITM to stay right on their heels.

Bloop attempted the only non-rd 7 double and, by pulling it off, vaulted into the conversation ever so briefly. MBG was nearly perfect in the final 3 rds, almost catching SITM, but had to settle for 3rd place, while FD held them both off for the victory.

It was a gritty game and everyone hung in there until the end. Not exactly a baseball crowd, as rd 2 revealed.

Congrats to Flying Deuces on a clean sweep, as they took both the game and the drinking round.
