QUIZ RECAP

Well folks, tonight's recap includes a cautionary tale about our old friend, the Double or Nothing. The Double or Nothing giveth, and the Double or Nothing taketh away. We had plenty of both this evening, resulting in an exciting game with the lead -- and last place -- changing hands multiple times. 

In the end, regulars Y'all Motherfuckers Need Science prevailed with a 41 point lead, One Team One Dream came out from behind to clinch the 2nd place trophy (okay, gift card), and Bringing up the Rear lived up to their name with a lucky 13 points. 

Those top two teams shouldn't get too comfortable, though -- our other regulars, Scratch and Sniff, found themselves just 2 points behind a second place prize and 5 points off from the winner.

Will Y'all Motherfuckers defend their title next week? Will Scratch and Sniff reclaim the throne? Or will our two newest teams come back to make a play for first (or last)?

After a couple of weeks away from the Marco Polo Bar & Grill, it felt great for this quizmaster to be back in action! 

Our three teams last night kept me -- and each other -- on our toes. Olympic Understudies started their night off with a commanding lead, but settled into a comfortable last-place finish after a few tough rounds put them through the ringer.

Regular players Y'All Motherfuckers Need Science and Scratch and Sniff spent the back half of the game switching positions, with both doubling or nothing-ing in a decisive Round 6. Scratch and Sniff ultimately took the win, with Y'All Motherfuckers creeping up close behind them in second. 

Will Y'all Motherfuckers come back to reclaim their title next week, or will Scratch and Sniff keep giving them a run for their money? And will dark horses Olympic Understudies come out from their shadow and take centerstage?
