Pour is focused on bringing the community together.  We are creating an environment that showcases the quality craftsmanship of beers available to the world today, with an emphasis on Colorado craft beer.  Our focus is providing the community an exceptional environment to socialize, relax and interact with one another while experiencing all that properly served beer has to offer… one “Pour” at a time.

 

What we are:

 

Pour is a craft beer tap house with 30 draft lines focusing on the best beer we can source.  We have a constantly varying beer selection from the best breweries available.  Our taps have a wide variety of high-end craft beer that will appease the newest beer connoisseur to the oldest and most experienced beer snob.  We offer very basic snacks, but encourage you to bring whatever food you would like to enjoy while you partake in our beer selection.  We can make beer and food pairing suggestions to enhance your experience and will be conducting pairing events and education seminars routinely.  Finally, we are working with quality food trucks to bring some great food to our neighborhood while enhancing business opportunities for some very motivated individuals.  We look forward to seeing you at Pour and will gladly host any type of social gatherings you can dream up.

MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOU!

I promised to say that ad naseum last night, but I actually only uttered it once. I think that's probably what scared off a few folks - the thought of listening to me Rick Roll everyone all night with that sacred phrase is somewhat unbearable. But we had a lot of teams stick around, so that was great! Excellent job, per usual, to Christina and Matt behind the bar and to La Patrona outside for keeping us well fed.

Excellent job The Dude for starting from behind and totally crushin' it to dominate first place! Danger Zone not only got the second place win but also a perfect answer for them in Round 5, as it happened to coincide with their team name (and you better believe we all rocked out to it during a scoring break). 3 Birthdays, 8 Brains and Still Last Place...well, yes, you were very close to last place but also super entertaining with your answers all evening. Hope those birthdays were fun! Based on the number of shots I saw being delivered to your table, I'm assuming the birthday folk had a grand time (and a hangover the next day).

Holy guacamole! We had some blasts from the past join us last night, which was super exciting. Welcome back Reunion Renegades and Moms Who Drink! It was wonderful seeing your smiling faces and reading your entertaining answers throughout the evening. Vaxed, Waxed, and Ready to Party is one of my former trivia teams, and I currently greatly enjoy their delightful topical team names. Shout out, as always, to Mary and Christina behind the bar for keeping us hydrated and laughing, and to La Baja delivering up delicious tacos at the food truck.

We had 13 teams play with us last night, which meant that folks jostled all through the rankings all evening long. Teams really liked matching the cities to the movies titles in Round 6, and so we had 3 mighty teams double up and get perfect-o scores! I don't think teams were as up on their Rick-related knowledge in Round 2, and "Ricky McRick Rick" was a surprisingly popular guess. SMH at teams confusing Condaleza and Susan Rice in Round 5, but great job to the teams who correctly guessed the connection. Pat on the back (socially distanced, of course) to Band Bitches for stumping the quizmaster with your brilliant Queen-related question (apparently "Home Made Garage Band Brilliant Outfitters" is not the former name of the band Queen).

Well done Moms Who Drink, Drinkers with a Trivia Problem, and Thunkers for taking home bar cash last night!

Hooooray for Tuesday! So much fun with teams jostling through the rankings and being oh-so-close to each other, points-wise. Great to see Win or Booze come out tonight without their parental chaperones. Gotta hold down the trivia even while mom and dad are out of town. Thunder Sisters and a Bro were newbies with incredibly hilarious answers (albeit, you know, wrong) all evening long. Did you folks know that funny answers make your quizmaster's night so very enjoyable? You might even walk home with the coveted "Not-Third-Place" prize at the end of the evening if you have a true gem for a wrong answer. Just a hint!
