The scoreboard doesn't lie: this week's King Trivia at Barney's Beanery was a nail-biter as our top teams wrestled for first. Da Bears and The Hoodlums went into our tiebreaker round at 43 points each to determine the third place winner, which The Hoodlums won roughly 30 minutes after winning our Rock, Paper, Scissors drinking round! But that's not all: our top two teams only had a ONE-POINT DIFFERENCE after the results of the final round: Birthday Lizards took home second place at 63 points, while newcomers 4 Awards Away From an EGOT nabbed the top prize of the evening at 64 points!

We're looking forward to next Wednesday's King Trivia at Barney's Beanery. Don't forget: it's free to enter, but you can walk away with some serious prizes. See you next week at 9PM!

What a phenomenal King Trivia evening at Barney's Beanery we had on Wednesday! A massive crowd kept the energy high throughout the evening with seven challenging rounds of trivia. It was anyone's game over the first four rounds as teams continuously tied for the top spots, but the final two rounds left some teams stumped and others confident enough to Double Down, keeping things interesting in the final moments! Da Bears returned to the first-place throne with 62 points, while last week's first-place winner took home second with 59 points! Finally, newcomer Nice Dynamite blew us all away with a third-place win at 57 points AND were the champions of our Spin-The-Wheel drinking round! Nice dynamite job, Nice Dynamite!

King Trivia's back at Barney's Beanery in Burbank for a thrilling night of seven rounds of head-scratching trivia that had everyone on the edge of their barstools. From identifying numerical band names to flexing their chops on The Simpsons, teams wrestled for control of first place throughout the night until Those People pulled ahead in our final two rounds, emerging as our trivia champions and scoring a $50 gift card! Hot on their tails were Da Bears, placing second with a $35 gift card, while team Scooby Brew, fresh off their hiatus, managed to snag third place and a $25 gift card.

But it wasn't all about the trivia knowledge: our drinking round this evening was a personal belongings scavenger hunt for uncommon items. Miraculously, Tea Lizards won with just two uncommon items found in their pockets: an AirTag and a Costco membership card! Turns out it pays in a pitcher of beer to be the person in the friend group who carries all of their personal belongings with them!
