Last night’s KING TRIVIA was a great evening of giddiness and gameplay that saw a post-pandemic record of EIGHT teams playing!!!
New-comers ‘Doorknockers’ left us all too soon (come again next time!) Team ‘Zilin’ stayed later this time, and it paid off in point-gain! ‘Hodge Podge’ returned, with Scott bearing the torch for the rest of the crew (well done)! First-timers ‘Ladies For China’ and ‘A Pup Named Zoe’ edged their way upward thru’ the night, narrowly missing their spots in the Winner’s Circle. ‘Real Sisters’ (they really are) took their maiden voyage on S.S. Trivia to a Third-Place win!—well done!!! ‘Team Of Won’ was a juggernaut, who used her ‘dubb-or-naught’ to power into a Second-Place slot! And…(drum-roll, please)…the coveted First-Place position went to first-time team, ‘Fun-Trivia-Chat’—who popped open a bottle of our bubbly in celebration!!!!
The only thing that would’ve made the night better is if YOU joined us with YOUR team!

This is where it happens--the COOLEST place in town hosts the the coolest GAME in town!!!--The Back Door Bakery Cafe hosts KING TRIVIA every Sunday evening starting at 4pm. This week was a SMASH! Three new teams joined the fun--Team 'LinZaa', (hope to see you again NEXT week), 'The Everything Bagels', and 'Lots Of Lox' (I sense a theme, here) BOTH made it into our Winner's Circle with Third and Second Place, respectively. The mighty 'Team of Won' turned an off day into an ON one, just narrowly missing that Third Place spot. 'Shayna Maidelas' proved their mettle (or meddle) by capturing FIRST PLACE!!! A splendid time was had by all!!!! Wanna be COOL? Just join in next week! Solo or group play--no admission or reservations, just plain FUN!!!

Third Place tonight went to our lovely local ladies—‘Shayna Maidelas’—(always in the thick of things!) Second Place went to our new regulars, the feisty ‘Debbie’s Team’…and First Place went to (cue orchestra)….’Team Toast’ who, for the first time, walked away with the GOLD!
