The Dudes’ Brewing Company is a Torrance-based craft brewery founded in 2013. The Dudes’ specialize in innovative approaches to classic beer styles designed to appeal to casual beer drinkers and craft beer fanatics alike. The Dudes’ current offerings include: Double Trunk Double IPA, CalifornIPA, Grandma’s Pecan English Style Brown, JuiceBox Series: Blood Orange Amber, JuiceBox Series: Peach Berliner Weisse, Bohemian Hopsody Session IPA, The WRug White Russian Imperial Stout, Kölschtal Eddy Blonde Ale, Surfrider American Pale Ale as well as other seasonal offerings.

I returned rested and relaxed from my mini-vacation to the warm, loving arms of Dude's Santa Monica. Seriously, if you never have played trivia here, you're missing out. Great people, good pizzas, and beer! I don't drink but I hear beer is a big draw for some people.

The Stanley Cup and NBA Finals are beyond us so we got back to basics with a good, ole-fashion trivia night as six teams vied for the crown. In another nail biter, SUN ASSEMBLY REQUIRED had a successful double in the final round, showing that they really know their SNL-based movies. But, it wasn't enough to but them on top as RENATA KLEIN WILL NOT, NOT BE RICH was able to best them by a single point. I LOST MY VIRGINITY AT... 56 took third.

Well, well, well... as the sporting world sees two championship series, we trivia nerds are seeing packed houses. Dudes' Santa Monica was packed again last night and that translated into one helluva game of trivia. YOU'RE A QUIZZARD HARRY finally took the crown again after weeks of lingering just outside the top three. Newcomers SEND DUDES took second while third was left up to a tie breaker between I LOST MY VIRGINITY AT... and THE LADY BUG SWARM IS A SIGN OF THE END TIMES. The latter emerge red triumphant and I'm not typing that long name again!
