What a great night of trivia, filled with of boners, couples, and a scavenger hunt! We typically have a few teams of three to four, if not a few more, but tonight for some reason we had mostly two-person teams, which kept things pretty even. Also for some reason, half our teams had the word boner in their name. Rare to see that many boners in one night!
Our bonus round for the beer was a good ol fashioned bar scavenger hunt with items ranging from everyday goods like a pencil or a lighter to technology from the past like a flip phone or a Tamagotchi. Congrats to team Another Gakward Boner for compiling 19 items from the list and winning the beer!

It was a new dirty pun based on a recent movie, but the same result for Dick City, Population: Wieners (playing tonight as The Injizzable Clam). That made it back to back wins over previous challengers The Dong Slapperz who refused to let a failed double down get them down. In fact, their strategy "If at first you don't succeed, keep trying to double down". It's bound to work sometime, right?
Our drinking round was a physical challenge of standing on one leg. Once that proved too easy for contestants we upped the difficulty by closing the eyes, which was all it took to narrow it down to just one person. Since his eyes were already closed we let him believe there were still other contestants in play until the other foot was finally put down. What a roller coaster of emotions to believe you have been eliminated, only to open your eyes and realize you are the only man left standing!

Whooboy did we have a packed house tonight! The Dong Slapperz were back in action, hoping to return to their championship form after a week off, however, Dick City, Population Wieners (playing as Dom Toretto) took home first. Not only did they pull off the victory, but they anxiously waited through the answers of the final round to make sure they got exactly 7 points for the coveted winning score of 69. No easy task when you aren't 100% sure which are 7 of the 10 most visited countries in the world!
The beer round was decided by a good ol' coin flip tournament, which only needed three tosses to narrow it down to a winner. Somehow it landed on heads three times in a row, which I believe is the very first time tails has always failed. Great job team 90 & Wives for sticking to their guns and making the right call three times in a row despite the popular theory that tails never fails.
