Week two at 90 West Lounge was just as fun as last week if not more! Free beer was awarded to the team who proposed the best game to become a new olympic sport which happened to be Yellow Snow Caligraphy. Gross yes, but it won the contest nonetheless.
It was a close race in tonight's quiz as our returning champion from week one was barely edged out in a tiebreaker and settled for third. That left room for Lindaaaaa!!! (with five A's and three exclamation marks) to bring home their first gold medal by a narrow one-point margin. It just goes to show you that every point counts so bring that friend who is otherwise useless at trivia, but always comes in clutch for that one answer that nobody else knows. We all know that friend so let them finally pull their weight by bringing them next week!

What an honor hosting the very first trivia night at 90 West Lounge! We had a great crowd with a few regulars as well as some trivia veterans looking for a new watering hole. Regardless of prior trivia experience, complimentary hot dogs were provided by the bar so everyone was a winner!
Congrats to team Tango or Cash for the big win as they barely edged out the competition. Upon awarding them their prize of ACTUAL CASH they were inclined to reenact the Kurt Russell / Stallone high five from the movie. It was the most cinematic conclusion to a trivia night I've seen in some time and I'm dying to see what they do next week for a sequel.
