As Superbowl weekend was upon us, not only did we decide who was the smartest trivia team at 90 West, not only did they get an incredible 69 points, but we also gave away some free beer. To decide who would receive said beer I asked the crowd to see who could come up with the best prop bet in honor of the upcoming Superbowl. While "Could I fit that in my mouth?" seemed like an enticing bet, the winner was an over/under on "How many nipples will the next Batman suit have?"

Another packed house on this holiday evening! The Eggheads had everyone shaking their heads as they continued their streak along with H-Bomb hanging on to another 3rd place prize.
The bonus round for the beer tonight honored this weekend's TWO overtime NFL games where the coin flip had a major influence over who would end up going to the Superbowl. If you guessed incorrectly heads or tails, you were out and we kept flipping till we were down to just one team. A lot of teams got a lot of points tonight as it really paid off to be a Beatles fan towards the end of the game. Great job team "A Dick's Purpose" for taking the gold and a special shoutout to H-Bomb for launching their way into 3rd after declaring there was NO WAY they could. Never give up!
With the Superbowl looming in the next few weeks, our bonus round for the beer was a football-themed creative challenge. Instead of the big game, we focused instead on the Puppybowl! Teams were tasked to come up with the best possible name for a team made entirely out of dogs. The Thirsty Bitches and Doggy Style were both contenders, but congrats to Case of the Mondays for coming up with The Red Rockets. Gross, but it won some beer.
