Some nights trivia can bring out the best in people, but other nights are like tonight. Friends became enemies as some pals of Eternal Moonshine rolled in to attempt to defeat the veteran trivia team. They were locked in a tie throughout over half the game until Eternal Moonshine flexed their experience and pulled ahead for the victory. In a classy show of gamesmanship, The Other Bar Was Full bought a round of shots for the winning team ensuring the friendship would outlast the quiz.

We had a packed house tonight! Our contestants were quizzed on everything from coffee, to reality tv, to states with the most electoral college votes. Many teams pulled off a streak of nailing double or nothing points during the home stretch, making it a photo finish! Having a reality singing show on the bar tv's during the matching round may have contributed to the streak.
Our bonus game was a physical challenge, which is always a crowd favorite since it somehow gives hope that there's a better chance of winning, but bar games are a specific skill. Tonight's was a card throwing contest and it turned out unless you are a magician most do not have this specific skill. Shout out to HD Bomb for being the only team to throw their card clear across the bar, winning the beer!

Another night of trivia, another night of having a debate I never thought I would have. Is 8 Mile is considered a biopic? I mean sure, it was a movie telling a story similar to that of rapper Eminem.
