The best indicator of a great night of trivia is when the winning team achieves a score of 69. Sure the appropriately dirty team named Toy Story 4play: Morning Woody could have named ten South American capital cities, but with a deliberately incorrect answer of Paradise City Where the Grass is Green and the Girls are Pretty, they were able to hit their target score with sniper-like precision.
A big thanks goes to Eternal Moonshine of the Drunken Mind, who very graciously split their team into two out of fear of having an unfair advantage with too many players. They deserve an extra shout out as well for not getting mad when I teased I could have combined the scores of both teams and they still would have lost.

With NBA and NHL finals over, 90 West was back to full crowd hungry only for trivia! In honor of the conclusion of the Stanley Cup final, our bonus round was hockey inspired. Since there are so many casual fans that watch only during the championship, we challenged our teams to come up with the one change to hockey that would attract more casual sports fans. Entries included "Dress the players like Storm Troopers", "Drive the zamboni on the ice the WHOLE game", but the winning idea was a simple one... "More Blood". With an exiting last minute comeback by the Golden State Warriors our teams were looking for an exciting game of their own to play. Instead they found trivia, womp womp! I kid, I kid. We'll see if the Warriors can pull of a threepeat like our winning team did tonight for a third week in a row.
