Tonight our quizmaster shifted into safari tour guide with a change up from our usual "Mystery Person" round to a "Mystery Place". It was an impressive showing from our teams, many catching on right away that it was indeed tje fictional place of Wakanda.
Our bonus round came down to an good ol' fashioned game of ro-sham-bo, in which the safari guide/quizmaster himself ended up in the finals due to an odd number of people. Teams often ask in these situations, "So does the person just win by default?" and the answer is always NO! No one gets free beer unless they earn it. Even if I end up "winning" I make sure they have to figure out a way to beat me in any other game of their choice. Luckily for our teams tonight, I was easily defeated. I was under the impression that nothing could beat rock, but it turns out somehow it can be beaten by paper.

This week the threapeat was thwarted by a team that usually plays solo, but by adding just one additional member to the team tonight, they were able to pull of an easy win.
Our bonus round was another physical challenge, but stayed with last week's theme of balance. This week it was a one footed balancing competition, which proved to be fairly easy for most teams. That is until we made them close their eyes while remaining on one foot, which gave us a quick winner!

After being held out of first place for quite a while, last week's returning champions were back for a repeat victory!
Our bonus round was a rare physical challenge this week involving balancing pens on with a single finger. Once it was clear we had three balance masters on our hands we moved to one leg and eventually with eyes closed to find out who had the balance of a yoga teacher.
