We were fit to be tied at The Canterbury for this week's quiz!
Tokyo Banana and Cornstache hit Double or Nothings right out of the gate and were tied up until Round 4.
Honey Smacks and Fragrant Melon were also tied up until Round 4.
Cornstache as able to capitalize on a one more Double or Nothing than Tokyo Banana, propelling them into First Place for the rest of the night.
But it was a late game Double or Nothing from The Three Unamigos that earned them a Second Place Prize.
And that left Tokyo Banana and Shhhhh No Names, you guessed it, tied for Third at the end of Round 7! It was Tokyo Banana that took the prize, winning the tie-breaker.
Special shout out to Kyle the Bartender who is moving to Chicago this Monday- Thanks for all your help and best of luck out there!

It was a Spooky Scary night of trivia at The Canterbury. People became teams and teams became wolves... if you have a very loose definition of the word "wolves."
It was Spooky Scary for Tequila Mockingbird who stumbled in the First Round by missing a Double or Nothing. And again in Round 6.
It was Spooky Scary for The Stella Assassins for the exact same reasons above.
It was Spooky Scary for every team with a very tough Round 7 where the highest score could be counted on one hand with missing fingers.
And it was especially Spooky Scary for Tokyo Banana. They started strong right out of the gate with a First Round Double or Nothing and were in the lead most of the night. But St. Lunatics scored big in Round Six and snatched the lead with their big, hairy, paws.

There were three teams this week that had the supreme honor (or honour if you're in pretty much any other country in the world) of having their pictures taken with the Exclusive Artisanal Clip Art Trophies this week! Okay... so there are three teams that have that same hono(u)r every week, but I don't know... this week just seemed somehow extra Artisanaly and Clip Arty!
Maybe it's The Universe's way of trying to balance out the brutal Round 7 on this week's quiz...
First to have their picture taken, in Third Place: Let's Get Down To Quizness! They were able to Double or Nothing on the Handout Round to get them a hair's breadth away from Second Place!
Second to have their picture taken, in Second Place: Shhhhh No Names! They kept it very close to the leading team throughout the night right up until the very end!
And the last team to have their picture taken, in First Place: Cornstache! They grabbed the lead early on and would just. Not. Let. Go.
