Happy hump day y'all! 70+ players joined us tonight in the pursuit of all things trivial, with a collective of seventeen teams!!!!  ❤️

In Round 3, What the Hap is Fuckening and the Library Pirates successfully went Double or Nothing and secured a competitive edge over the fifteen other contenders. The two front runners held on to control of the leaderboard for the majority of the night; however, in our final round of the night, thirteen out of seventeen teams went balls to the wall in a Double or Nothing Hail Mary!!

In our final round of the night, players were asked to list the full titles of the LOTR movies (I.e. The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring ✅vs. Fellowship of the Ring ❌). And for the first time ever, I was booed by the entire bar in a groupthink groan/full-body eye roll..... pays to follow instructions kiddos.... 😹

For a select few, instructions were followed and in doing so, successfully doubled their points and stole the leaderboard in the final round of the night!!! Rising from the ranks, teams Gingery Ginger Beer (51 points; second place) and All About That Technique (55 points; 1st place)!!! 🏅

But perhaps my favorite highlight of the night was the premier addition of the "Pity Pitcher", a pitcher of that DELICIOUS local fave, Rainier, for the second to last team (Team Oaklyn). 

As always, huge shout out to the Canterbury Ale House for hosting and their all-star staff: Joey, David, Scott, Laticia, Danny, and Boris.

Hello players!! First and foremost, a huge shoutout and heartfelt thank you to fellow quiz master, Ahnya, for holding down the fort for me at Canterbury Ale House during my absence. I received rave reviews from the bar and my regular teams about how fun and funny you were! On that note: I am soooooo happy to be back! 💕

It was a romping good time; with many ups, downs, and the leaderboard CONSTANTLY changing hands. But in the end there could only be 2 reigning champs... and in the end, defying all odds and rising from the ashes, longtime regulars (playing EVERY week to date), the team that danced their way into first place by successfully going Double or Nothing in the last round of the night, it was team Butts n' Cats & Butts n' Cats with 55 points!!!! And in second place, with 52 points, newcomers and first time players, team Ball Busters!!!
