QUIZ RECAP

Doubles abounded in tonight's crazy game & of course it ended in a tie breaker! Let's get into it!

Fourplay had some real catching up to do after a failed double in round 2 & they achieved that in round 5 with a successful double! A duel then brewed between them & Trump is afraid of the rain. More proof he's the wicked witch of the west wing & they finish in a tie for 3rd. Fourplay takes the tiebreaker & earns the bronze!

Denise & the Elbows had an excellent game with a perfect round & 3 successful doubles! However it was a -1 in round 4 that would prove to be their downfall as they lose the game by 1 point! They finish in 2nd & take the silver!

All twerk, no play had an incredible debut tonight & now have a perfect record at Founder's. They had 3 successful doubles & despite having a mediocre final round, finish in 1st (by one point!) & take the gold, becoming the champions of the night!

It was a fun one tonight with numerous doubles (& some failed ones in round 2)! Let's get into it!

I Lost My Virginity At... had an excellent game with 2 successful doubles & an excellent recovery after a -1 in round 4, only missing 1 question in the 2nd half & a double to end the game! They tie for 2nd, but then lose the tiebreaker, taking the bronze!

My least favorite grandson had an equally excellent game as evidenced by the tie. They finished the game with 2 doubles in a row to force this & win the tiebreaker, taking the silver!

20 Beto 20 Furious with another magnificent game tonight which included 3 successful doubles! They run away with it without much contention, taking the gold & becoming the champions of the night!

It was a spooktacular night of trivia at Founders. Whether the crowd was ready for it or not, we had a Halloween-themed set of trivia!

Things we learned through some wonderful incorrect answers tonight:

-Bob Cratchit is not dead in A Christmas Carol

-Stephen King has not written (at least not yet) novels with the titles: "Indonesian Soccer Team Stuck in a Cave" and "We're Going to Need to Redo Your Colonoscopy"

-Beetlejuice has never used the nickname "Ol' Black Eyes"
