About Rescue Brewing Company

We chose this location in Historic Downtown Upland because it is the heart of Upland. Our goal is to create a space that is family oriented and a place the community can come together by having a relaxing time tasting our specialty craft beers as well as strolling the shops of our neighboring retails stores. Our mission is to give back to our community.by giving a portion of our proceeds from special events, merchandise and beer sales to our local heroes....Law Enforcement, Fire Department, Military, local Charities and Animal Rescues.

Sixteen teams doing their thing. And what was their thing? Well, apparently giving yours truly applause when I announce my name as quizmaster, that's what. 

Hey, I'm not above being buttered up for points (But would never. Really. Ummm...  yeah.)!

British Invasion held the lead for many early rounds in the game. Like....far too many rounds. And we're approaching Independence Day! And this is 'murica! We can't have that happen!! So who took matters into their own hands? Why, a plucky bunch of newlyweds, that's who! Congrats to Francis & The Newlyweds for winning both the drinking round AND the top spot!

Ten teams this evening at Rescue, including many new teams (love fresh teams!), eager to play and have some fun with the more tenured teams. Questions were all over the place-- Alaska, Hawaii, New York, Game of Thrones, yoga poses.... hell, even Blue's Clues made an appearance!

Tonight we had an exciting tie breaker for 3rd place, but KABAM5 took this one! I mean....sure, Team MOHR won the game, but how about those stickers, huh? HUH?

10 teams duked it out tonight with a few first timers joining the fray.  The game tested the teams' recall of famous fictional presidents and their ability to match cities to songs.  Many teams mixed up their Culkin brother knowledge in the Guess Who round.  There's No Crying In Trivia took control early and never relinquished their lead.  However when it came to naming state flags for the drinking round (in honor of flag day!), KABAM5 flexed their banner knowledge the best!  Congrats to Birthday Boyz and British Invasion for finising 2nd and 3rd, respectively.
