QUIZ RECAP

Simply put: There is no question that this was KABAM5's night.

While they shared the top spot with two other teams after Round One, after that, they left the otherteams behind. I can't say they left the other teams in the dust. One round they seemed to be pulling way ahead, then There’s no crying in trivia showed what they were made of, pulling an unexpected Double and coming up within striking range. Range that never was completely closed upon. Nope... no one could get closer than three points of KABAM5's spot, so therefore, you gotta give it to them-- they earned this one. Congrats!

Also congrats to The Jokester's-- they may have come in last, but they did win the Drinking Round, so that earned them a Tasting Board. Nothing to be too sad over!

QUIZ RECAP

Great to be back as your Quizmaster this week…. And great to have so many lie to me and say you missed me. So appreciated! But… I digress. Onto the recap.

I think this is going to be an easy one to write up. Round One had There’s no crying in trivia and KABAM5 ties in 1st with successful Doubles. And after that, this was definitely There’s no crying in trivia’s night. They held onto the lead, and snarled at any other team that so much as thought about taking it from them! The other players? Oh… they shuffled, moved about. KABAM5 maintained 2nd placed throughout the night…. and besides a short break for the Drinking Round with bratz winning that one, the top spot was said and done. Congrats to There’s no crying in trivia!

Third place, however… we had a tie between The B Sharps and Balutefisk and while normally we’d have a tie-breaker round, since Balutefisk left the building prematurely, The B Sharps won 3rd Place by default…. So congrats to them!

QUIZ RECAP

It was a great and fun night of trivia as the veteran and new teams battled through 7 rounds of awesome questions. There's no Crying in Trivia took an early 2nd round lead and managed to hold until the end and take the win.  However it was not without a little drama as Balutefisk and the Edjuh Macayders both put forth some successful double downs to challenge for the lead. Alas, they both fell just a few points short to claim 2nd and 3rd.  In our drinking round teams tried to guess the world record for the longest string of cotton candy floss (4,953 feet!) and once again There's No Crying In Trivia won the round with their guess.
