About Rescue Brewing Company

We chose this location in Historic Downtown Upland because it is the heart of Upland. Our goal is to create a space that is family oriented and a place the community can come together by having a relaxing time tasting our specialty craft beers as well as strolling the shops of our neighboring retails stores. Our mission is to give back to our community.by giving a portion of our proceeds from special events, merchandise and beer sales to our local heroes....Law Enforcement, Fire Department, Military, local Charities and Animal Rescues.

Let me just say.... what a GREAT welcome back, yes I have been missing for 2 weeks (1 not by choice and other, well it was Mr. Quizmasters bday) As soon as I walked in the door, those already there where cheering. Thank you to my regulars who keep me wanting to come back.

This week Rescue was a great week as always. The B-Sharps took 1st place with 61 points, A Lanister Always Pays in 2nd with 59 and Dino Babes taking 3rd with 52 points. This week it was anyone's game but the top teams played well.

All teams played well this week while playing it safe and risking it all. Thank you to all for the awesome welcome back, you all keep me coming back.

Fourteen teams! Literally Standing Room Only! And what a battle!

Space Dust and Ovaries (Yes, that's their name this week) pulled ahead with an audacious double-down in Round 5, and then held on to win. Very few teams could tell you the JK Rowling non-Harry novels, and they weren't very good at identifying alcoholic beverage glasses, but they sure did know about toxicity.

A raucous beer round came down to the nimble fingers of the last contestant, catching ten seconds precisely on an iPhone stopwatch. Lots of fun.

Nine very good teams and a close race right down to the final round! The B-Sharps pulled it out with two double-downs in the last three rounds. But those pesky Lannisters hung in there. O'Trivia Newton John took third as well as the beer round. (They know their Beatles songs!)
