About Rescue Brewing Company

We chose this location in Historic Downtown Upland because it is the heart of Upland. Our goal is to create a space that is family oriented and a place the community can come together by having a relaxing time tasting our specialty craft beers as well as strolling the shops of our neighboring retails stores. Our mission is to give back to our community.by giving a portion of our proceeds from special events, merchandise and beer sales to our local heroes....Law Enforcement, Fire Department, Military, local Charities and Animal Rescues.

When the going gets tough, the tough get going.

That doesn't really apply to trivia, but the questions were hard this week at Rescue Brewing. Coming off of a 70+ point effort the previous week, SNAFU came up with the win, but only with 47 points.

Spooktacular! Rescue Brewing is getting it's Halloween on! The decorations are looking fly, and the trivia was tough. For all the teams, but one that is. SNAFU stood tall and threw down the double downs to the tune of 71 points.

The winners of the drinking round, Ignytto, showed their Candy Crush chops and won by guessing the number of levels available on the regular game. And a shoutout to Pumpkinheads, who have a player on level 2068 on Candy Crush! Holy Cow!!!

Wednesday trivia in a nutshell: People knew all the answers - until they didn't. Our teams started off hot this evening with a host of teams storming out of the gates with numerous double downs. And then round 5 hit. And the double down faucet dried up. Points became scarce and teams resorted to trivia strategy to optimize points (fancy words on wednesdays).

In the end, the SNAFU superteam ended up with the win, even though Glenn Close did not actually make a film titled "Foot Penis". Although perhaps she should consider it.

If you're looking for a delicious beer selection (raspberry wheat), some great nearby restaurants that deliver (bring cash), and a host that's taller than he is smart (that's me!), drop on by Rescue Brewing on Wednesdays!!!
