About Strand Brewing Co

Founded with the support and love from friends and family in 2009, Strand was one of the first craft breweries in Los Angeles County.

Strand is not only proud to represent the beginning of the craft beer movement in LA, but the future of it as well. The brewery is located on the southern coast of Los Angeles County, nestled amongst the sleepy beach communities collectively known as The South Bay.

Strand Brewing Company is owned and operated by lifelong friends Rich Marcello and Joel Elliott.

We had a wonderful Wednesday (as always) at Strand -  but this week there was a fun minigame/surprise treat! Trivia players guessed with beans whether or not I, Quizmaster Kat, will be welcoming a baby girl or boy into the world this August. We must have some smart cookies with good intuition because twice as many people guessed boy - which was the winning answer! Quizmaster Jr. Coming Soon! Treat bags with blue candies were distributed to all. Thanks for playing and I'll see you all next week!
