About Longship Brewery

Since the 9th century, the Viking longship has been a symbol and a vessel of exploration, trade, and cultural exchange. The pride of the nordic people was their ability to cross the oceans in ways that no other people had done before. With the curiosity of the unknown, this guided them to uncover the world's riches, solidifying their place in history.

We had a great time at trivia this week celebrating my last show as the regular host at this venue! 11 teams came out and tackled the questions this week, and the beginning was a strong head-to-head between Shortboat Winery and the Norsemen. Congrats to Shortboat for their first win and congrats to Dirty Gimlet for winning the beer round!

Trivia was a blast this week at Longship! Every team brought their best game faces and their cutest dogs! The Norsemen even brought some secret weapons - their kids! No one got a perfect score on round 1 but by round 5 it was clear that the Norsemen and the Moops were leading the pack. However, by the end of the game it was the Penguins that pulled through with the highest score in round 7 to win! The Moops and the Norsemen were tied, along with Thorsty AF and Pickle Rick, but it was the Norsemen and Pickle Rick that guessed the tiebreaker question closest! Everyone was a winner this week, even Shortboat Winery who won our beer round!

We had a blast at Longship this past Tuesday with some delicious pizza and challenging trivia! Several new teams showed up to give the regulars a run for their money! The 2 Norsemen and "Did we win?" were neck and neck in the lead for the majority of the game, starting round 7 with a tie at 68 points each, but the Norsemen pulled through with a nail biter of a finisher! The Penguins started off in the middle of the pack but after a signature successful round 6 double-or-nothing, they had just enough momentum to pass the incredible newcomers, "Slutty Chuck" for third place this week. Although the Flerkins didn't have trivia on their side, they sure had luck because they won our beer round!
