About Longship Brewery

Since the 9th century, the Viking longship has been a symbol and a vessel of exploration, trade, and cultural exchange. The pride of the nordic people was their ability to cross the oceans in ways that no other people had done before. With the curiosity of the unknown, this guided them to uncover the world's riches, solidifying their place in history.

We had fun last Tuesday at Longship with some great trivia! It was our last day having delicious Coal and Barrel BBQ 🙁 survey slam was a tough round but the Moops pulled through with the free flight win! Teams 2 and 3 came in with a tie and Dirty Gimlet snatched the 2nd place spot away from Zatty Light, but in the end the Penguins pulled through with the overall win!

It was HAPPENING this past Tuesday at Longship Brewery! 11 teams rolled in to tackle it out with trivia, and we were happy to welcome some new teams to provide competition to our regulars! The teams were neck and neck, with newcomers Fundamentalist Quizlamists immediately snatching the lead and giving the regulars a run for their money. The beer round was a fun challenge for everyone as each team took turns naming a Jim Carrey movie until one team was left - congrats to the Norsemen for pulling in the beer round with Horton Hears a Who...and congrats again to them for winning the week's game!

Tuesday was a hoot at Longship as 11 teams faced off! Plenty of new teams came this week and enjoyed some BBQ and challenging questions, including the Survey Slam round! Congratulations to the Norsemen for pulling through with a win on the Survey Slam, and congratulations to Norse Code for winning overall trivia after a double-or-nothing sweep in round 5. Looking forward to seeing our Norse teams and more next week!
