Full House! So many teams! Wow! Yes!

Anywho, tonight at the oaks was great! The teams were relaxed but raring to go with the Tournament of Champions numbers locked in. Clear Eyes, Full Hearts, No repercussions. Except when double downs went flying willy nilly and had a hard time landing. Gingie the Gingerbread man adorable as all get out. Puppies on the screen. Ever made 50 people aww in unison? We do it every Wednesday with Puppies and other adorable animals distracting you from the game at hand.

Awesome sauced came back in the clutch to win the drinking round and the 1st place win! Great job to An Entire Pizza and TBD for their respectable 2nd and 3rd place wins. See you next week!!!

New Year! King Trivia! Double downs thrown around like mardi gras beads! Wednesday night was a fun night of Trivia but we all learned that we do NOT know our favorite beverages like we thought as two teams doubled down hard but came up short during the picture round. I soothed that burn with a heavy dose of puppy videos. That seemed to help. People's adoration of all things New Mexico and Meth came to a head with our round five connection of Breaking Bad. Cody Bellinger's Butt had a tough double down in the second round but came back with a passion to take a second place win! The Big Fact Hunt came through though with yet another first place win!!! Congratulations!

QUIZ RECAP

We had a rambunctious crowd tonight! Three separate teams started out strong, doubling down on General Knowledge, but only one of them remembered to put their team number.

Today's Visual Round proved difficult since some of the sports aren't popular American sports. Our Find the Connection round was a fun one, as teams slowly realized the bizarre connection between a Grande from Starbucks and the Florida Keys.

I wanted to give our players a challenge, so for today's drinking round, I asked them to name as many African countries as possible. I was impressed by our only 2-person team of the evening Genetics, who managed to name 36 countries. I also felt festive and generous, so The Whiskey Wizards won some extra points for drawing me the best pole dancing Santa Claus.
