During tonight's King Trivia at The Oaks Tavern, a small pig named Wilbur walked in and noticed a spider on the wall. "Hey," said Wilbur, "that spider is weaving a message in its web!" "What does it say, my porcine pal?" I replied.

The extruded silk told us that Door City Over Here impressed her when they scored 20 points in the Matching Round, as did Tequila Tots with a perfect Final Round. The final thought of the proteinaceous posting was how happy our arachnid acquaintance was that Damn It, Kim came in third while also winning the Drinking Round.

With that, Wilbur headed for the door and, without a goodbye, trotted out into the warm Sherman Oaks evening. "Rude!" proclaimed the spider who then added, "Oh wow! Speaking is a much easier form of communication that stringing words out my butt."

As for tonight's game, the Find the Connection round broke the hearts of several teams, but To Be Fair was the only team to successfully Double Or Nothing, leading to a huge win. Going for the Hat Trick took inspiration from the Stanley Cup playoffs and, just like the Los Angeles Kings, came in second. Genetics did very well in Round 7 and took third.

Do I have to clean up a bunch of blood and speedos? Only Finnish PM Sanna Marin can tell.
