For the second week in a row, Wednesday night King Trivia at The Oaks Tavern ended with a two point difference between first and third place.

It all came down to the Final Round's specialty subject - Friends. Rockford Peaches knew nine of the ten possible answers and finished as The One in First Place. Keep My Team Name Out Ya Fuckin' Mouth had the one point edge over Kim Makes Pizza She Really Does because, as the latter team said in unison, "we forgot about Joey!"

Tonight's King Trivia at The Oaks Tavern invoked The Carpenters as our top three teams  told each other that they longed to be close to you (other teams).

Two points separated Keep Your Team Name Out Ya Fuckin' Mouth in first and Kim Makes Pizzas She Really Does in third, with Genetics getting cozy in between them. The very American Drinking Round was won by True Daily Doublers.

When historians write of tonight's King Trivia at The Oaks Tavern, they will recount how Rockford Peaches successfully Double or Nothinged four times on the path to victory. They will say Genetics aced the Find the Connection Round and finished in second place while Calzones came in third thanks to a strong Matching Round.

Or the historians will just write another book about Harry and Meghan.
